Can I get a student/professional subscription rate?
Our Mediaweek magazine subscription rates are the same for everyone but we occasionally offer discounted rates for students and professionals. In order to qualify for a student rate, you must have a valid school I.D. How can I order back issues of the print edition?
The cost of a back issue is $10.00 (includes shipping/handling).

Why am I still getting Mediaweek magazine if my subscription has expired?
We send a few issues to ensure continuity of subscription service, in case payment is delayed in the mail.
When should I receive my first issue?
You should receive your print edition within 2-3 weeks.
Where can I find my account number on the label?
Your account number is located on the upper left hand corner of your label. The number starts "MW" followed by six numbers.
I did not receive my magazine this week. Who do I contact to get replacement copies?

Where can I find the full current editions of Mediaweek each week online?
The online portion of a print/online subscription to Mediaweek provides users with all the articles from the current issue of Mediaweek magazine on Mediaweek.com. Simply Log-in here.
How can I search through previous content of Mediaweek online?
When you sign up for a Mediaweek Premium Print/Online or Adweek Group online subscription, you are given unlimited access to archives which include print and online-exclusive articles from Adweek, Brandweek, Mediaweek, and Marketing y Medios, dating back to 1992.

If I sign up for online access, am I able to share my username and password with colleagues?
Sharing your username and password is a violation of Mediaweek.com's Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to when you subscribed. Remember, anyone with your password will have access to your credit card and billing information and could use it to order other products and services from VNU Business Media without your knowledge or consent.
Online access is not available to library subscriptions.
Can I renew my Mediaweek magazine subscription online?
Yes, log onto your online account and you may renew your Mediaweek magazine subscription online using your credit card. Along with renewing your subscription, you may add the archived articles feature to your account as well.
Do I have access to archived articles with a Basic Combo subscription to Mediaweek?
No, please note that a Mediaweek magazine subscription only allows online access to the current week's articles and does not allow access to the article archives database. This is an additional service that can be purchased online by logging into your online account.
I forgot my username and password, how can I set up a new one?

When will my online account become active?
Your online account should become active within 48 hours.
Billing Questions
How do I obtain a receipt for tax or business purposes?
Contact Customer Service at (800) 562-2706 to obtain a receipt. For your convenience, our Fed Tax ID # is 133754838.
Questions regarding auto renewal:
a.) Will you notify me before my Mediaweek magazine subscription is auto-renewed?
b.) How will you notify me before my subscription is auto-renewed?
Two weeks prior to the charge, E-media will send an e-mail to the subscriber notifying him/her about the charge for the renewal. If E-media does not receive a response from the subscriber they will charge the credit card for one more year.
